　　Role Purpose:

　　This position will support the CEEMA management board, cluster GMs and key members of their management boards in leading the PMO office for key business processes and new market initiatives.

　　This role will be supporting the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision franchise across the CEEMA region and office based (hybrid model) in Dublin, Ireland .

　　What to expect in this role:

　　Key responsibilities will relate to driving key market development projects, including but not limited to:

　　Establishment of new legal entities

　　Business model changes direct>indirect; indirect>direct

　　New ERP implementations

　　New E2E models for market supply

　　Supervision of Legal entities integration

　　New Supply chain system functionalities implementation

　　New trade channel development projects

　　Critical business processes optimization

　　This role will have direct report responsibility.

　　Job Requirements

　　Ability to work in a Senior Leadership team and drive collaboration amongst functions.

　　Ability to collaborate with local country and global functions.

　　Ability to drive project design and implementation.

　　Ability to manage efficiently direct reports and develop talent and skills.

　　Have solid financial understanding, technical and PMO skills.

　　Fully understand all technical & clinical product features & benefits of the Johnson & Johnson Vision portfolio.

　　Understand local market needs.

　　Understand the local legal & regulatory environments.

　　Definition of success:

　　Achievement of projects critical milestones

　　Projects execution on time and within budget

　　Qualifications

　　What you will bring:

　　An advanced degree is preferred.

　　Strong analytics background. Finance background is a plus.

　　Strong experience in a multinational company.

　　Strong experience in a commercial role as senior manager.

　　PMO related certifications are a plus.

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills.

　　Strong team working ability and intercultural experience.

　　Fluency in English is a must.
