Responsibilities
As a UX Researcher, you will support the Microsoft Threat Protection (MTP) business and develop an understanding of technical and non-technical users to ensure that solutions are designed to meet their expectations. You will be part of a team of passionate researchers, each with deep domain knowledge and stakeholder relationships. The role’s broad scope will give you ample room to flex your UX research muscles - both on projects that have an immediate impact on the business as well as explorations that shape our long-term strategy, vision and UX direction. We’re especially looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and embody new ways of working. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Graduated within the last 12 months a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
Experience performing qualitative research and conducting usability tests.
Other Requirements:
1 year of User Experience Research experience working on B2B enterprise software products – preferred.
The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
