　　As the Service Director, you will lead the Electrification Service team inthe West US (United States) region, which comprises of 18 states acrossfive time zones. You will be responsible for P&L results with fullaccountability of running the day to day operations, integrate and developprocesses that meet business needs across the organization, manage complexissues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long termplanning and contribute to the overall business strategy.This position will cover the western half of the US and you may work remotelyfrom your home office in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.This is a position with global grade10This position reports toELSE Regional Manager AmericasYour responsibilities

　　Responsible for end to end service execution and performance within the Hub/ Large BU (Business Unit). Management member in the organization areaParticipate in development and lead the execution of the Services growthstrategyResponsible for building strong long term relationships with specificcustomers within the region. Lead efforts to ensure customer serviceexcellenceFull regional P&L responsibilityResponsible for fulfillment 5 (HSE (Health, Safety & Environment),quality, cost, cycle, profit)Responsible for overall business management duties for assigned Field ServiceEngineersWork with resource management team to optimize capacity and utilizationImplement Operation Safety Policy Instructions, conduct field work incompliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) and applicableregulations and encourage good employee safety practicesWork closely with region sales leaders to ensure appropriate sales strategy,coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for regionInterface regularly with the Services Product Line Leader to review theprogress of regional growth initiatives and participate in the development ofnew service offeringsProvide accurate and timely information to assigned personnel regarding salaryplanning, performance appraisals, career coaching and disciplinary actionas requiredAssist people in their pursuit of developmental opportunities by providingguidance tools, suggestions, information, contacts and learningopportunities to meet the individual's career goalsCollaborate with regional hub to accomplish safe & effective support ofregion customer service objectivesPerform collateral duties as assigned to meet business needs as they relate toHSE, Quality, Integrity, etcWork cross functionally with QA (Quality Assurance), Technology andProduct Line Management to develop, implement and execute on closed loopquality feedback as it relates to field issue, product issues, serviceinterruptions and customer complaintsImplement and manage continuous improvement as it relates to customersatisfaction (TNPS) surveys and resultsAbility to travel as requiredYour background
