　　ManTech International is currently seeking System Engineers to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area . In this role, you will be responsible for developing derived requirements for Information Assurance Services, Basic Information Assurance Mechanisms, and Security Mechanism Technology. You will also play a key role in defining systems and components, providing a common reference point for hardware and software developers.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.

　　Design and code new software or modify existing software to incorporate new features.

　　Debug existing software and correct defects.

　　Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.

　　Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.

　　Make recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.

　　Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.

　　Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.

　　Assist in developing and executing test procedures for software components.

　　Write or review software and system documentation.

　　Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcomes and consequences of the design.

　　Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　7 years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

　　Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

　　OR

　　5 years of additional System Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

　　Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, conferring with users or system engineers, analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and investigating problem areas.

　　Experience using Niagara files to build data flows.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must have current/active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
