  Practice Management:

  Support the strategy and vision for NAAC’s Delivery Confidence+ advisory services across Commercial and Regulated markets. Assist in driving positive performance in the DC+ offering across revenue, bookings, profitability, headcount, and utilization. Participate in weekly reviews for key practice areas such as practice financials, sales pipeline, project health, project resourcing requirements and consultant utilization performance. Support accounts for client satisfaction, revenue growth and reference generatio

  Engagement Management and Delivery:

  Deliver exceptional advisory services for our customers and partners utilizing Oracle’s Delivery Confidence standards for high quality, client satisfaction, maximizing margin and reference generation. Ensure a partner-friendly working environment with open communication, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Assist with the development of NAAC Advisory services standards, methodology, processes and tools. Standardize advisory delivery and engagement process, procedures, communications, reporting, automation across the DC+ practice. Provide Project Management and/or Solution Architecture oversight for projects using Oracle’s standards for high quality, client satisfaction, and enhancing profitability

  Solution Creation and Management:

  Provide functional support, guidance and assist in defining custom or product based solutions for Oracle’s customers within the Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM or HCM product suites. Provide leadership from architecture, development and design to Oracle and client teams as needed within the scope of application technologies

  Sales Support:

  Participate in business development efforts tied to growing Oracle NAAC, including product, consulting and staffing Support presales and close deals on net new accounts with involvement from the Oracle sales team. Land and expand in existing accounts by identifying, and closing additional business. Contribute to the development of Oracle DC+ Marketing assets such as customer reference database, playbooks, solutions, roadmaps and other practice level marketing items. Assist in developing a strong partnership with Oracle Sales, Oracle Partner Channels, Oracle Customer Success, Oracle Support and Oracle Development

  Thought and Leadership and Innovation:

  Contribute to thought leadership and vision for NAAC’s Delivery Confidence+ program development, solution development and architecture. Contribute through direct support, collaboration, leadership and teaming across all NAAC consulting service lines and sales teams including both selling and delivery efforts. Display leadership, support and contribution across NAAC corporate efforts including policy, process and other infrastructure needs. Continue personal growth and training, including staying current on Oracle Cloud functionality

  Responsibilities

  Skills and Experience:

  5+ years of Project Management and delivery oversight of medium to large scale ($500K to $10M) SaaS Cloud implementations with a similar consulting firm, software/technical provider, systems integrator, or Oracle Partner.

  Experience successfully solutioning and supporting Oracle SaaS Cloud Implementations for ERP, HCM, EPM and/or SCM.

  Proven experience managing and motivating a team of matrixed resources and cross-functional processes.

  Comfort and experience in communicating with project team members, both informally and in formal presentations.

  Partner-friendly with open communication, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  Outstanding customer service with attention to detail and effective follow-through.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

  Hiring Range: from $64,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
