  POSITION OVERVIEW

  Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative (SOLAR- B2C)

  Job Type: Full Time; Graveyard Shift

  Location: San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines (Onsite)

  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing business-to-consumer (B2C) sales opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting our products/services, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets in a B2C sales environment.

  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and engage potential B2C clients.

  Prospect and qualify leads through detailed research and analysis of their business needs, challenges, and goals.

  Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.

  Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.

  Continuously nurture and follow up with leads, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary information to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.

  Follow all required script, policies and procedures

  Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.

  Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

  CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?

  Must be 18 years of age or older

  High school diploma or equivalent

  The ability to read and speak fluent English

  Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

  Minimum 6 months B2B/B2C solar outbound calling experience preferred.

  Sales experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months)

  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations

  Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, instant messaging, and over the phone)

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients

  Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

  CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  Must be authorized to work in the country in which the job is based.
