Shift : 1 st - Days

Location: 210 MARIE LANGDON DRIVE, MANCHESTER, 40962, KY

The role you’ll contribute:

Under the general direction of the Radiology Manager, with the clinical supervision of the Radiologist performs examinations of patients of all ages for assisting in the diagnosis of patient illness.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must maintain CE requirements

- Maintain Patient safety

- Must be CPR certified

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills Required:

must be able to interact with patients and physicians in a professional and ethical manner.

Must be able to produce very high-quality special imaging with little supervision.

Must be willing and able to assist the radiologist in his/her interpretation of exams.

Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Must be flexible, reliable and demonstrate sound judgement an initiative.

Must be familiar with age specific criteria.

Able to demonstrate competency in all applicable areas.

Education and Experience Required:

High School Graduate or GED

Graduating with completion in Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with an Associate in Applied Science.

Certified by Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) within one year of employment.

CPR Certified.
