WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Run the IT compliance program at Esko and fellow Operating Companies with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Coordinate audit activities with Esko compliance personnel.
Perform hands on activities (perform checks,provideevidences,reports etc.) for monthly compliance activities and audits
Drive process improvements that streamline evidence collection and delivery.
Collect and evaluate audit feedback and prioritize findings and observations.
Coordinate, track, and report on remediation efforts with IT leaders and staff.
Provide consulting to internal customers in matters related to meeting compliance requirements.
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting of compliance status using existing reporting tools, including remediation efforts.
Develop and deliver tailored training as needed to facilitate operational compliance with published governance.
Use and share knowledge of systems, standards, policies, and best-of-breed practices to strengthen and automate compliance practices in support of company goals.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
3+ years facilitating or responding to technology-related audits and compliance activities.
3+ years working in IT SOX compliance including controls assessment, testing, and gap remediation.
Experience working with other regulatory standards is desirable.
Hands on leader that will perform himself several tasksrelated to audits and monthly compliance activities.
CISSP, CRISC, CIA, CISM, GLEG or similar certifications are desirable.
Comfortable working in matrixed teams and organizational functions.
Strong project management skills with ownership of project plans, ability to interpret audit findings to ensure proper remediation efforts are being put in place, provide oversight of sustainment efforts post remediation leveraging agreed upon KPI’s and visual management.
Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with globally diverse teams in writing, in person, and over videoconference.
