What You Will Do :

Guidehouse is looking for a Data Analyst subject matter expert (SME). The SME will provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Performs the following kinds of functions:

Assists with providing data, as well as building and analyzing trends and indicators.

Contribute to creating efficiency in the team’s processes through automation of data collection, data formatting, and customer deliverables.

Provides data science expertise to enhance UAM team’s ability to build a robust proactive monitoring program.

Performs analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.

Manages the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.

Participates in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Collects data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries.

Works closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.

Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.

Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs;

Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff;

Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;

Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

Bachelors Degree

TEN (10) or more years’ of experience in data analysis and/or data science

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Experience providing UAM analytics support for federal programs.The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
