　　Attorney opportunity with esteemed, global law firm!!!

　　Robert Half has partnered with a leading law firm with an international presence that is growing its already established, thriving Los Angeles office! The firm is looking for an associate attorney to join its trial team! This team works on cases ready for trial involving employment litigation, personal injury, sexual misconduct, and class actions.

　　The firm is very remote flexible, with an office in Downtown Los Angeles! While the ideal associate attorney would live within commuting distance to collaborate on-site, the firm will consider fully remote California-licensed attorney candidates who live outside of Los Angeles!!

　　Responsibilities of Role

　　This attorney will have a caseload including employment litigation, personal injury, sexual misconduct, and class actions.

　　The ideal candidate can run a case from inception through trial. This attorney will go to trial.

　　Prepare pleadings, draft motions (particularly discovery), draft dispositive motions, and prepare other filings.

　　Propound and respond to discovery.

　　Take and defend depositions.

　　Attend court conferences, hearings, and mediations.

　　Prepare for and assist in trial.

　　Compensation:

　　Salary range – 180-195

　　Bonus – based on billable hours

　　Requirements

　　4+ years of litigation experience.

　　Experience with trial, products liability, or employment law a plus!

　　Strong writing skills.

　　Good interpersonal skills!! This is a nice group.

　　JD from ABA accredited law school and CA Bar
