Description Our client located in Northwest Houston near Windfern Road and Beltway 8 has an immediate need to permanent a contract to possible permanent Accounting Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for billing all customers, setting up new customers, collecting insurance certificates for all customers, collections, making corrections to invoices as needed, creating monthly and weekly reports for the service department, assigning Purchase Orders as needed, processing accounts payable as needed, light dispatching responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Experience in Excel is required and must be comfortable with VLookups and Pivot Tables and have experience working in a ERP system. The Accounting Specialist should have experience working in the service or construction industry. The Accounting Specialist must have a degree in Accounting or Finance to be considered.
