The Corporate Treasury, Technology team coordinates a suite of centralized money movement applications across multiple Fidelity business units; ensuring 'best in class', standardized policies firm-wide to mitigate risk while increasing scale and efficiencies. This Role
The Treasury Manager is a core member of the Corporate Treasury Technology team ("Technology Management") will help support the vision and strategy for our products within Corporate Treasury ("Treasury"). Providing effective leadership, through successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality systems with a focus on risk mitigation, quality, and ease of use. In this position you will have the:
Coordination of systems access on a timely and accurate basis in accordance with documented policies and procedures.Serve as a key contact for treasury group and enterprise-wide business partners.Identify technology process gaps, process improvementsSupport product enhancements and upgradesMaintenance of treasury systems policies and proceduresAbility to process and manage multiple priorities and initiativesAbility to exercise good judgment and solve problemsExcellent communication (written and oral), customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively work with varied levels and collaborate on business solutionsAbility to clearly articulate product vision and featuresAbility to participate in technical discussionsAbility to find opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get the work done better and fasterAbility to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, user stories, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysisStrong attention to detail and a thorough focus on delivering quality output
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
2+ years of relevant experience; Treasury, Technology, or Product management field strongly preferredDemonstrate creativity and design thinking skillsKnowledge of Power BI is preferredCuriosity and passion about data, visualization, and solving problems. Experience with data lakes a plus.
