　　Are you eager to learn and gain valuable experience to propel your career? We are looking for a new Treasury Assistant in a fast paced and excite industy of travel! This role will be reporting into the Treasurer and will have a focus on supporting day to day operational Treasury activities from Cash Management to Bank Administration.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Support the Treasury Analyst with the daily global liquidity process to ensure that accounts have adequate funds to meet outflows, complete funds movement transactions, and maintain bank balances through use of the Treasury Management System and banking portals.

　　Support daily reporting for cash operational activities.

　　Support Senior Treasury Analyst with Bank Administration tasks including KYC, Bank Signatory updates, along with Opening & Closing of bank accounts.

　　Support Senior Treasury Manager – Systems & Controls with TMS static data updates and supporting the SOX processes.

　　Engage with Banking partners to ensure Account details are accurate (including Account Names / Addresses).

　　Complete analysis of Bank Fees, Bank Accounts & Counterparties to support Bank Rationalization.

　　Build strong working relationships with the broader finance team; support Accounts Payable team on wire queries, support reconciliations team to clear/reconcile treasury activity.

　　Key skills:

　　Prior Treasury/Finance experience desirable

　　Excel proficient

　　SQL knowledge a plus

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics or related field would be useful

　　The candidate must possess the following qualities :

　　Excellent communication, organization and self-management skills

　　Ability to excel in high pressure environment with sensitive deadlines.

　　Ability to work remotely and work in the Phoenix office, if desired

　　Self starter with ability to work autonomously.

　　The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
