The world of investing is fascinating yet complex. GDIT is excited to support the SEC in as it seeks to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation.
The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC’s IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently, we are seeking an Adaptive Technology Specialist for our office in Washington, DC. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per SEC requirements.
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs day-to-day activities required to manage and maintain all components of adaptive technology.
Performs the distribution of adaptive technology to end-user systems.
Troubleshoots complex issues for users within the adaptive technology area.
Performs problem resolution and completes adaptive technology service requests requiring subject matter expertise (SME) or could not be resolvable by service desk personnel.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience managing and maintain adaptive technology.
Must have experience in adaptive technology software distribution and troubleshooting, to include, users and problem resolution.
