General Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s treasury team supporting global cash management. We are looking for Sr. Treasury Analyst onsite in our San Diego headquarters. This is a high visibility role requiring close collaboration with our global treasury teams in San Diego and India. The role necessitates the ability to build trusting relationships across finance. Our Treasury team is lean and collaborative, so you will gain exposure to all areas of treasury and take on new responsibilities to further your career growth.

Responsibilities :

Cash Operations

Prepare daily domestic cash position

Coordinate with banking partners on day-to-day operations

Monitor bank accounts and balances, manage funds transfers

Support foreign office with cash operations activities or related projects

Compile data for SOX audits

Assist with cash repatriation efforts

Heavy focus on driving treasury projects

Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and establish processes

Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize cash operations

Business Insurance

Work with Risk Manager to oversee Qualcomm’s business insurance programs

Work cross-functionally to understand changes in the business and impacts to insurance programs

Assist with annual renewal process, including being primary liaison between brokers and Qualcomm groups to obtain support required by insurance companies

Assist in creating annual budget for premium spend and track progress throughout the year

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of cash operations/ treasury experience

Treasury systems (e.g., TMS / Treasury workstation, global banking portals, Bloomberg)

Preferred Qualifications:

CTP or similar professional accreditation

3+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)

5+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization

3+ years in a sr. analyst role or similar

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expert in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay range and Other Compensation Benefits :

$88,000.00 - $132,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
