As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our service platform, ensuring seamless business processes, supporting existing applications, and driving efficiency. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions will be essential in achieving our organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst

• 1+ year of experience leading informal teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

System Support:

Respond to user inquiries and requests.

Set up user access.

Actively manage team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Acts as a subject matter expert and product owner, providing expertise and guidance to rest of the team.

Help team members determine which work tasks are most important, manage distractions, and deal with setbacks in a timely manner.

Works independently with little supervision

Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.

Monitor the performance of cloud systems and services

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions

Elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

System Enhancement and Customization :

Configure and customize the platform align with intricate business processes.

Design and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, pages, sharing, and flows.

Communicates updates and blockers in a timely manner with stakeholders via email and direct conversations to overcome obstacles and resolve problems.

Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status discuss complex issues.

Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large-scale projects.

Data Management and Reporting :

Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

Analyze data from the platform and other integrated systems to support strategic decision-making.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize performance of cloud systems and services

Continuously learn about new cloud technologies, best practices and industry trends

Collaboration and Communication :

Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture detailed requirements and business processes.

Clearly articulate requirements and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Process Improvement :

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within existing systems.

Document complex processes, workflows, and data diagrams for the service and related applications.

Continuously enhance software solutions by conducting team-specific workflow assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR

5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
