We are a passionate team making real impact on the world!Grow with us - learning & training programs; tuition & certification reimbursement; internal advancement opportunities are available....and so much more!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANMust have reliable method of transportation driver's license for travel to different properties in the Cincinnati areaPerform essential work to keep our properties in great shapeComplete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property's systems in good working orderCoordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairszQualificationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORYou have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience strongly preferredMust have reliable method of transportation driver's license for travel to different properties in the Cincinnati areaYou're able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional serviceYou bring determination each day - embracing constructive criticism and pushing to get betterYou believe in teamwork - that we are better, togetherYou are trustworthy and reliable to do the right thing - no matter whatYou welcome everyone and know the best ideas are born through diversity of thought and perspectiveA BIT ABOUT USWe call ourselves Related Management Company (RMC) and believe in enriching lives through affordable housing.
