The Transportation and Facilities coordinator isrequired to provide safe, high-quality customer service whilemaintaining compliance with all federal grants, federal and local law,HIPAA and HHC policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Transports patients, equipment, employees, and deliveries safely andprofessionally.
Communicates with clinic staff to receive relevant data and instructionsand maintains transportation schedule.
Provides excellent customer service and positive attitudes regardingcustomers, visitors, and coworkers.
Assists in repairs to facilities such as floors, sinks, walls, carpets,cabinets, door locks, etc.
Performs preventative maintenance of Hunter Health property includingHVAC units, eye wash stations, vehicles, etc.
Reports mechanical malfunctions to the appropriate party for action.
Moves and assists in moving furniture and equipment.
Sets up and breaks down office furniture, meeting spaces, andorganizational events.
Annotates and updates work logs for specific site requirements.
Inventories and orders custodial supplies for all locations.
Through collaboration with the Facilities and Safety Manager, managesfacilities-related vendor relationships, particularly those related tocustodial supplies and services.
Utilizes current finance procedures to enter department invoices andmaintain corporate credit card expense reports.
Collaborates with Facilities and Safety Manager to brainstormimprovements and efficiencies in duties.
Assumes responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and localregulations within the clinic.
Exemplifies, supports, and promotes organizations Standards of Culture.
Attends meetings and training as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Graduate or GED required.
5 years in a customer service-related field preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Current and valid Kansas drivers license required.
Capable of understanding directions and the ability to read and use mapsaccurately.
Proven experience as a driver with an acceptable motor vehicle recordrisk rating.

Mathematical Ability: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers andto multiply and divide with 10\'s and 100\'s.
