Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Director of Infrastructure to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. You will manage a team of IT professionals and align IT infrastructure operations with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

• Manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring high efficiency and availability of IT systems.

• Align IT infrastructure operations with strategic goals.

• Lead service delivery management, configuration build, testing, planning, and deployment of solutions.

• Ensure systems reliability and scalability.

• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure and application services.

• Support Infrastructure Services on Prem in a public cloud-based environment.

• Possess an understanding of ITIL and ITSM and drive ITIL adoption process.

• Experience with top tier telephony and fax solutions; both on prem and cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Windows OS, MSSQL, NetApp, VDI, Virtualization – VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.

• Experience with security tools: EDR/XDR, SIEMs, Data Loss and Prevention (DLP), Vulnerability Scanning and Assessment tools.

• Experience with security frameworks: HITRUST, NIST or Health Care Related HIPAA requirements.

• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto Firewall technologies. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role with at least 10 years in the IT industry

• Proficient in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP Solutions

• Familiar with Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware

• Experience in Contracts, Deployments, and Deskside Support

• Understanding of NIST and Palo Alto Firewall

• Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
