About Total Rewards Analyst II

  What's the role?

  The Total Rewards Analyst II will serve as the Well-being Specialist and will be part of the Global Total Rewards Team reporting into the Director of Total Rewards. This role will drive all aspects of the global well-being program such as communications, well-being themes, consolidating and connecting internal resources, forming partnerships with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), internal benefits teams, providers, culture, and well-being programs already in place., just to name a few. The scope is global in nature and involves multiple time zones.

  Responsibilities

  Drive all aspects of the global well-being program.Identify well-being opportunities and themes (such as stress-management, depression, physical fitness etc). Coordinate global efforts, webinars (with providers), as needed.Draft communications and maintain well-being sitesManage implementation of well-being programs, create “champions” group, work with existing vendors and vet new vendorsPartner with finance, internal team, providers, ERGs, culture, Learning and Development, communications, local well-being teams (i.e. India)Understanding of and staying current with the local legislative environments regarding well-being programsParticipate in meetings, planning and communications partnering very closely with the internal communications teamAble to explain well-being information to all levels in the organizationProvide educational presentations to colleagues and employees as needed

  Who are you?

  Who are you? 

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent of 3-5 experience in well-being content, or applicable certificationsProactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through. Ability to handle confidential colleague information with discretion and exercise good judgment.Well-organized individual with good time management and project management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; aptitude to learn provider systems and internal HCMHERE is an equal opportunity employer.
