What's the role?

　　HERE’s Information Management Team is looking for a Sr Process Systems Engineer with Functional and Technical experience, using the CA Clarity PPM and related toolsets.  This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT Solutions that streamline project-planning, execution and reporting aligned with current Lean practices. 

　　Solutions include a variety of applications and reporting tools that support portfolio & project management and metrics throughout the agile product realization cycle.  The team will use Agile/Kanban methods to develop and support while cooperating with business users to manage new functionality, changes, and enhancements to our internal solutions.  

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oracle Database ManagementDevelop and fine-tune SQL queries, PL/SQL, DB triggers and functions for data extraction and manipulation to implement domain-specific business logic that enforces data security and integrity measures.Data Munging/Analysis/ReportingEmploy data munging techniques to cleanse, transform, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.Process/analyze data from different data sources and develop visually compelling dashboards using Tableau for audiences at various levels that drive actionable insights.Clarity PPM DevelopmentAbility to provide deep customizations in Clarity including xog, gel, NSQL, db triggers, PL/SQL etc. Ensure the efficient use of Clarity PPM for project/task tracking, resource allocation, and reporting.AWS ArchitectureDesign, implement, and manage data architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.Deploy and maintain data infrastructure using AWS services, such as EC2, RDS, and S3.Additional team Skills utilized include Linux, ETL, NodeJS, Python, Apache/Nginx, React and Git

　　JOB QUALIFICATIONS

　　8+ years’ experience in functional and operational roles to implement world class system solutions.Experience in end-to-end Development including evaluating, defining, and redesigning business and operational processes to improve quality, productivity, performance, and financial results.Strong expertise in Oracle database management, including SQL and PL/SQL, data munging and analysis.Both functional and technical experience with Clarity PPM or similar.Proficiency in AWS architecture and services for data management.Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization and reporting tools.Understanding of various software and operations methodologies used to manage complex projects.
