What you will do:
Maintaining the file room
Title Audits
Saving lien information to our computer system
Direct communication with dealerships and DMV offices for title follow-ups
Lien releases
Responding to title related calls and e-mails.
Things that will help you succeed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to thrive in a team environment but work independently
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service/call centers will be given preference
Spanish speaking is a plus
