Production Associate

　　Description

　　For our location in Herten, we are looking for a Production Associate (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

　　Your profile:

　　Completed technical training or good knowledge in the mechanical and/or electrical field

　　Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage

　　Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

　　Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)

　　Strong communication skills, stress resistance, accuracy, hands-on mentality

　　Fluent German and good English

　　Willingness to travel (min 30%)

　　Support of the organizational and administrative activities of our production

　　Updating the work instructions (Powerpoint)

　　Creation of internal training documents (Powerpoint)

　　Implementation of internal training courses

　　Write down process flows

　　Assistance in the implementation of the lean process

　　Data maintenance in the ERP system (IFS)

　　Assistance in the introduction of electronically controlled tools
