Promotes mission, vision, tenets and values of Mount Saint Vincent, andabides by service behavior standards.Under direction of the Clinical Manager is responsible for the direct clinicaloversight of the in-home therapy program, including monitoring of identifiedkey performance indicators. Maintains knowledge regarding practicestandards, regulations, agency processes and policies.Assures complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with allregulatory agencies.Coordinates and performs onboarding and orientation for new team members.Establishes clear performance expectations for roles that differentiate levelsof performance and hold supervisee accountable to those expectations.Performs supervisory responsibilities per agency and regulatory requirements.Provides direct care as assigned and completes accurate and promptdocumentation in accordance with professional standards, agency andregulatory guidelines.Participates in on-call coverage as required. Reports grievances andcomplaints made by patients, families, referral sources and other healthcare professionals.Reports allegations of client abuse, neglect and/or misappropriation ofclient property.Performs other duties as assigned.May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competencyand qualifications) based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications
*Master's degree in Psychology, behavioral health, social work, or arelated field is required.*Licensure as a psychologist (LP), professional counselor (LPC) orClinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required at timeof hire. *Currently licensed in good standing required*Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) coursecompletion card from the American Heart Association, required*Valid State of Colorado Drivers License is required at time of hire*3 years of related experience is required*Previous supervisory/management experience, preferred
