　　Job Description

　　Material Handler/Labourer will be responsible for processing/managing wastes. The Labourer/Material Handler will be operating heavy equipment related to the position including excavator, skid steer and fork lift.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Follow the operations manual for assigned position

　　Implement Regulation 347 and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) policies as presented

　　Completes all paperwork including task sheets and reports as may be required

　　Complete dispatched task in an efficient and timely manner

　　Communicated to competent persons and abnormalities or faulty situations in regards to the process, product, machine, equipment, workplace or other

　　Wear safety personal protective equipment as required for this position, work safely and observes all safety procedures

　　Able to work various hours

　　Must be able to wear a respirator

　　Qualifications

　　Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

　　Grade 12 diploma

　　Must be able to read, write and count

　　Experience on paper work such as time sheets and preparation of reports

　　Class G licence required

　　AZ/DZ licence an Asset Skills Required

　　Ability to work independently and efficiently

　　Organized and must be able to work with established procedures, guidelines and under immediate supervision.

　　Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude

　　Team Work oriented

　　Work Environment:

　　Ability to work at heights, able to lift 50 lbs, and excellent physical condition
