　　GXO Logistics has an excellent opportunity for a Time & Attendance Associate - 8 month Fixed Term contractto be based at our UK Head Office in Northampton.

　　You will play a key role in the efficient workings of the Time & Attendance department supporting our sites across the UK. We manage multiple Time & Attendance (T&A) systems supporting the processing of payments for our weekly, lunar and a section of the monthly population. Once the data has been generated it is interfaced to an outsourced payroll provider for processing and final payment.

　　We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. 　　 What you'll do on a typical day:

　　Support the system configuration of our sites in the T&A system, based on our site information documents Support with new site set-ups and TUPE acquisitions across the business Support the team with SOX compliance activities from audit discussions and site visits Support the day to day cases submitted from sites

　　 What you need to succeed at GXO:

　　Previous experience working closely with a time and attendance system would be advantageous though full training will be provided Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data Exposure to T&A configuration with some experience of Kronos & Crown The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
