Description We are in search of a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the test center, ensuring the integrity of examinations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

• Administering and monitoring examinations to prevent academic dishonesty

• Checking identification documents of test takers to verify their identities

• Conducting regular walk-throughs of the test room to ensure compliance with rules

• Carrying out reception duties and managing inquiries effectively

• Writing and submitting detailed reports on each testing session

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks

• Performing clerical duties and maintaining an organized workspace

• Handling correspondence related to the test center

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly

• Managing billing functions efficiently using the 'About Time' system. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is essential

• Skilled in Microsoft Word usage

• Experience in handling office functions efficiently

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is advantageous

• Capable of managing billing functions

• Experienced in performing clerical duties

• Able to handle correspondence professionally
