Overview

　　The position is responsible for leading China based R&D projects, performing literature reviews, participating in the evaluation of intellectual property, and further the innovation pipeline of Kemin Health.

　　Responsibilities

　　Independently further innovation work through idea creation

　　.Literature search for new product ideas

　　.Collaborate with universities

　　.Create prototypes for testing

　　Prepare and present research reports

　　Qualifications

　　MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.)

　　Bachelors or masters in chemistry or biochemistry

　　ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 基本技能和工作经验 :

　　Detail oriented, organized, prioritization skills, and motivated by accomplishment

　　Ability to work independently and have the ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment

　　Ability to learn new skills not currently in skill-set

　　Good written and oral communication skills

　　Analytical lab ability
