  Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Management System (QMS) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Source Foundation GEOINT group’s (SF) Maritime Safety Office (SFH) by conducting internal audits, managing and tracking corrective actions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with quality training activities.

  What You'll Be Doing :

  Develop and maintain quality performance metrics

  Perform internal audits based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

  Evaluate documents and records to establish conformance with the office Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

  Manage corrective actions and Opportunities for Improvement activities.

  Develop and maintain quality performance metrics.

  Identify gaps in QMS conformance and root causes underlying QMS nonconformance issues.

  Conduct QMS, quality awareness, and quality tool training.

  Identify and implement process improvements and re-engineering efforts.

  Track and report on QMS activities.

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related professional experience (non-degreed incumbents must meet equivalency guidelines established for designated job family).

  DoD TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph).

  Demonstrated experience performing internal audits based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

  Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community (IC) Quality Management Systems.

  What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  Demonstrated experience managing quality programs and conducting quality audits.

  Experience developing performance metrics.

  Demonstrated experience managing training programs and conducting training.

  Demonstrated experience running process improvement programs.

  Demonstrated experience writing and presenting reports.

  Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

  Top Secret/SCI (with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph)
