　　What you’ll do:

　　As a Documentation expert, this role will ensure a high quality output and tracking (Documentation Database) for all documentation required for major project tenders.

　　Starting with reviewing documentation coming in with tenders and workload requirements for response as well as timings, manage the full flow and accuracy and revision tracking as documents are input, revised, and resubmitted for tenders.

　　Coordinate, prepare, and assemble bid submission materials with tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications

　　Expert in documentation softwares and systems and able to provide CAD, BIM and other similar submissions as requireorkload scheduling and utilize various tools and applications (Adobe, BidManager, Microsoft Office, etc.) to accurately create documentation

　　Maintains tender and all associated documents produced via a structured folder throughout the tender process up through handover or archiving.

　　Ensure proper handover of all tender documentation to execution teams for all projects won.

　　Develop process and templates that shorten time needed to review and return documents to customers. Assist on review call with experts to understand revisions needed and ensure all submitals done on time as per tender requirements.

　　This position works independently on daily tasks in coordination with the wider team and requires a flexible and collaborative approach for managing multiple tenders at the same time.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Documentation - Establish and support best practices for project tender documentation management:

　　Adapting Eaton documentation (see above) to meet customer tender requirements

　　Drive creaton of and adaptation of documents for complex tenders

　　Creating standard template type modules and libraries for faster and easier documentation response

　　Training and supporting where needed on best practice for documentation

　　Developing and onboarding best available documentation tools and practices.

　　Documentation development where needed (e.g. CAD, BIM).

　　Ensure proper scheduling and revision tracking in coordination with wider teams (engineering, backoffice) to ensure proper document turn-around times

　　Expertise in the process of documentation generation and proficient in the logic used to select technical documents for customer documentation packets

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor/Technical university degree with a preference toward electrical engineering

　　Desirable: 1-3 years of work experience in Project or Product Engineering or technical role

　　Skills:

　　Proficient in documenation tools (Bid Manager, Adobe, Enovia, MS Office)

　　Electrical industry expertise and product knowledge

　　Familiarity of Eaton / other electricial products (3-phase UPS, LV, and MV).

　　Proven track record of achieving objectives and solving problems.

　　Strong collaboration and interpersonal (influencing skills).

　　Fluent English. Intercultural awareness.

　　A high level of personal integrity and ethics and commitment to “doing business right.”

　　Familiarity / experience with Microsoft tools (e.g. Office 365)

　　Any specific documentation training highly desirable.

　　Other project management, documentation, and EHS certifications a strong plus.

　　Proven experience in delivering high quality documentation for project tenders highly desirable.

　　Strong IT skills and digitally comfortable using Eaton's tools (Microsoft Office 365)

　　Knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM)

　　Experience and knowledge of documentation tools such as CAD, BIM.
