We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Ice Cream team!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As a Backoffice Student Assistant, we provide you with an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with Unilever and immerse yourself in the world of business. Your role will involve close collaboration with our sales department within the Ice Cream team in Denmark, focusing on administrative support. Your tasks will encompass various responsibilities, such as trade marketing investment calculations, invoicing, campaign monitoring/deployment, AR payment behavior, and ensuring adherence to our processes. Furthermore, as a Backoffice Student Assistant, you will contribute to the management of customer contractual terms.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Preferably, you are in the end of your Bachelor’s studies, or in the beginning of your Master’s degree. Given that your studies are your primary focus, we offer a part time position with appx. 15-20 flexible working hours per week. Additionally, we expect you to:
Possess experience in using Excel and Microsoft Office overall,
Be good with numbers,
Work in a structured manner, maintaining a good overview of your tasks,
Display proactivity and independence in your work approach,
Showcase great communication skills.
Given Unilever’s global presence, our corporate language is English, so you must possess solid communication skills in English and Danish for this role, both written and spoken.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our office is located in Copenhagen, close to Ørestaden Metro Station. We offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to strike a balance between in-office and remote work.
