  WITHIN YOUR TEAM

  Collaboration with client on various system component and microservices to define CI/CD automation pipeline, target environments , closely work with various teams to have understanding on needed software and provision the same for application hosting on various VMs by working closely with system admin and procurement team, making the environment deployment ready to host the mission critical applications and necessary configuration trimming as well as compliance conflict resolution , Proactively monitor, identify and escalate issues or root causes of systemic issues . Incidence management and root cause analysis. Bringing stakeholders, applications owners, software, infrastructure requirement, processes , development and testing team all together to get the work done.

  WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  Windows, Linux, and applications troubleshooting

  Work in different stages of software life cycle like PoC, Development, Testing, UAT and Production environments.

  AWS cloud core services EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, EKS, ECR and Route53

  Monitoring of mission critical applications on prod and non-prod environments

  Engaging with NOC, DevOps team and other stakeholder for troubleshooting on various applications infrastructure monitoring alert

  Perform Installs, upgrades, and migration of applications

  Worked with various operating systems, such as Linux, Unix, and Windows.

  Troubleshoot and debug website issues using developer tools and debugging tools like Fiddler

  Application & Infrastructure migrations

  Participate in major incident calls and help identify source of problem

  Handling incidents/outages/requests on Windows environment via Service Now ticketing tools for all the regions. (APAC, AMER, PARIS & EMEA) (Over 1500 servers).

  This role is 24*7 support and work from office.

  WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

  Must have experience with and maintaining the infrastructure on AWS services such as EC2-Instances, AMI, IAM, ELB, EBS, S3, VPC, Certificate manager,

  Strong database skills, with the expertise to write and update SQL queries

  Deep understanding of SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL, etc.

  Experienced in supporting Java, especially the JVM components

  Experienced in Microsoft.NET application hosting and configuration by administering Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Web Server, file transfer setup, SQL Database Server and Windows Operating System

  Creation, deployment, renewal, and import/export of SSL certificates using AWS certificate manager and importing into IIS.

  Knowledge on Application three tier architecture and setup all Pre-requisites required for Application deployment like Firewall Port Opening, Load Balancer Configuration, DNS Creation, Internal and SSL Certificate Request and Installation.

  Experienced in Windows Server Administration tasks on Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016.2019.

  Experienced in File transfer protocol FTPs and sFTP creating and configuring FTPs/SSH user for transferring files both internally and externally

  Execute Disaster Recovery activity on AWS hosted environments

  Critical alert Monitoring and resolving to ensure service availability in accordance with SLAs

  Proficient in documentation and creating/maintaining knowledge base articles

  Experienced in Investigate system problems and provide solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment

  JIRA and ServiceNow expertise for ticketing and project scrum activities

  Good understanding of ITIL Concepts and Service Management. Extensively worked on Change Management tools like Service Now (SNOW).

  Have excellent problem solving, time management skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  Excellent communication skills and very good interpersonal and team building skills

  Skill and ability to train others on technical and procedural topics

  YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  Must Have

  BE/B.Tech or MCA degree

  Relevant IT experience for at least 3+yrs.

  ITIL certification & AWS SysOps is mandatory.

  Windows and Linux OS Administration

  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Github, Bitbucket, AWS cloud core services EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, EKS, ECR and Route53

  Pager duty, Site 24/7, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic monitoring tool

  JIRA & Confluence

  Service Now (SNOW) ticketing tool

  MySQL Administration

  Candidate should be a part of any one of this team Level 2 support/Customer Support/Application support/AWS cloud administrator/Windows administrator
