Full Time– Product Manager, Digital – Bothell, WA – 2024

Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
Gather customer needs, competitive intelligence, product feedback and demonstrate deep expertise to identify opportunities, define product vision (what/why) and define market entry and continuous product improvement in concert with diverse global stakeholders under the guidance of Snr/Lead Product Managers
Develop value propositions and business cases for products and solutions that delight the customer and meet strategic business goals
Produce and make strong use of analytics to drive decisions and improve products.
Demonstrate knowledge of the digital and IoT innovation landscape.
Collaborate with design/user experience, product research, content and software development teams to plan and drive the continuous delivery of best in class products using Agile and iterative development methodologies and tools to ship software
Drive best in class go-to-market marketing execution with a diverse group of internal partners to ensure superior presence for our consumers, dental professionals and retail partners
Have bias towards action and be able to make the complex simple while keeping a meticulous eye on the details.
Be a self-starter with exceptional critical thinking skills and written and oral communication skills.
Have experience navigating ambiguity, helping to define processes and breaking down complex problems.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.S). MBA a plus.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management and Marketing; strong preference that some of this experience is with innovative digital apps and ideally, IoT consumer propositions.
Consumer health experience would be particularly helpful, especially in solutions driving engagement, behavior change, improved health outcomes
Demonstrated proficiency in using business intelligence and analytics tools to gather and articulate data and correlate/forecast to business outcomes
Entrepreneurial experience a plus.
Demonstrate a high tolerance dealing with ambiguous and complex situations and processes.
Have a sense of humor and be prepared to have fun with a great team.
Emotional and cultural intelligence is essential. Global experience is ideal

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $99,568-170,688, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
