Purpose:
As an IT Risk & Controls Analyst for technology services, you will be part of our Global Integrated Operations and Innovation team - Risk & Controls function, who support colleagues in IT risk management activities including making sure policies, and procedures are set out to reduce potential IT risks. Your role is essential in making sure the right processes are in place and reported on, to protect our colleagues and customers, and to ensure client account and CBRE team is following all standards and technology related requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Overseeing all IT governance processes, procedures and controls related to Technology.
Coordinating regulatory requests, and external audit engagement in relation to Technology.
Supporting Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
Tracking governance and making sure all processes are in order.
Supporting Cloud Control framework assessments, Technology Architecture and Data.
Preparing, collating and distributing meeting information packs, minutes and reports for IT Risk meetings.
Picking up on ad-hoc work relating to risk and governance.
Requirements associated with the role:

Experience within IT risk and controls (ideally on cloud), as an Analyst or Specialist.
Solid understanding of risk management activities such as identifying, tracking, monitoring and mitigating IT risk and being able to articulate and define it.
Experience in cloud risk controls and assurances.
Knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Office 365, PowerBI, ServiceNow, MS Sharepoint or GRC tools.
Experience working with AWS or Azure environments.
