Technician - Dairy Foods Pilot PlantThis position will require you to be in the office Monday thru Friday.Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States . Our Research & Development team is seeking an R&D Technologist. Key responsibilities of the role will include:Working in the Dairy Foods Pilot Plant to set-up, operate and maintain processingequipment.Collects data and maintains proper records & documentation for trials, safety and sanitation.Cleans facilities and equipment under Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and FSMA.Assists R&D scientists/engineers/technologists withPilot Plant project weigh-ups.Is responsible for monitoring weigh-up inventory.Performs loading dock duties, including daily package receiving & deliveries, as needed.Required education and experience:High school diploma/GED or higher2 or more years of proficiency with tools/mechanical experienceBasic understanding software programs to include Outlook, Excel and WordMust be able to lift up to 70 poundsMust be able to stand 80-90% of the timeAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
