　　In this role, you will:

　　Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.

　　Facilitate planning, team learning, and assist adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.

　　Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.

　　Apply methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.

　　Work with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.

　　Ensure the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture.

　　Lead daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintain backlogs.

　　Identify and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture.

　　Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.

　　Builds and maintains effective cross-divisional relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.

　　What it Takes:

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Experience with Agile teams.

　　Working familiarity with AWS platform components and services (S3, EC2, Identity Center, CloudWatch, CloudTrails, GuardDuty, etc.)

　　SAFe certification or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.

　　Experience using common project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, JIRA roadmaps, etc.

　　Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred.

　　Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required. Graduate degree preferred.
