　　【職務内容】

　　・近年発展の著しいバイオ医薬品の開発・製造に使用される研究開発・製造用のクロマトグラフィー樹脂の技術営業職です

　　・販売支援および長期ビジネス成長のためのプランの立案/実行を行います

　　・製薬企業やエンジニアリング企業顧客に対する技術提案ならびに課題解決へのソリューション提案を行います

　　・Globalチームの一員としてディスカッションしながら顧客からの技術的な問い合わせへの対応や課題を解決します

　　・顧客へのコンサルティング、トラブルシューティング

　　【必要条件】

　　・大学学部卒業以上：理学部、農学部、薬学部、生命工学の学位以上を取得していること

　　・英文によるEメール、報告書作成、英文マニュアルが読解でき、かつビジネスレベルの英会話、英語力を持つこと

　　・医薬品GMPまたは関連製造業に対する営業経験、製品マーケティングの経験いずれかがあること。　バイオ医薬のダウンストリーム（精製工程）研究・開発に関係した経歴を持つ場合は営業経験等は必ずしも問いません

　　・自己管理ができ、プラン実行を強く推進できること

　　・ビジネスのリーダーシップを取り、マネージャー視点で考える事ができること

　　【あると良い経験・知識】

　　・クロマトグラフィー樹脂によるR&D経験または、バイオ医薬品ダウンストリーム開発・製造経験者

　　・クロマトグラフィー分離の周辺技術（カラム、コントロール装置、分析器）の知識

　　・医薬GMP製造の経験、バイオ医薬、診断薬、ワクチン、動物薬業界での経験

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide technical support in Bio-production Process projects, particularly Mabs production and Cell or Gene therapy.

　　Achieve responsible product and service sales target.

　　Assist commercial team in identifying customer opportunities, needs, determine technical feasibility of custom requests

　　Provide troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-User’s technical skills, experiment design or unexpected results

　　Provide training to internal staff and seminars to external customer to increase the awareness of the responsible product line.

　　Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

　　B.S degree or above related in science

　　2 years or above of sales, technical sales, Product marketing experience.

　　Strong evidence of ability to implement and execute plans.

　　Frequent Travel will be required

　　Behavior of team work

　　Preferable skill and experiences :

　　GMP experience

　　Experience in manufacturing plant in downstream process.

　　Experience in bioprocess, equipment and control.

　　English (Oral and written fluency.

　　Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

　　Self-motivated, proactive work ethics. Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision of the manager.
