　　YOUR ROLE

　　Analysis of forecasts weekly/monthly/yearly and recommending revisions based on actual movement, trends, P & L, and changes in sales plans.

　　Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyze collected data to assure ongoing productivity and profitability of the retailer/distributor assortment. Proactively identify trends and opportunities to drive sales and minimize inventory liabilities.

　　Manage the allocation process to ensure orders and shipments are accurately processed in a timely manner to meet organizational standards and manage alerts for sales team to take action when orders are not fully placed.

　　Improves key performance indicators and provides a wide array of reports to brand to ensure budget vs actual performance aligns with short- and long-term corporate objectives.

　　Develop and integrate an efficient system, tracking our promotional trade spends, that reports and communicates to finance and assures proper compliance within our assigned guidelines.

　　Track the success/failure of new items and promotional efforts and make recommendations for future improvement.

　　Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to understand trends and opportunities for improvement, address customer needs and product pain-points.

　　Partner with the Corporate BI & IT team and be the reporting/system data subject expert to build data and analytics capabilities to support ongoing business needs.

　　Extract, transform and load data from sales partners in order to ensure that dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.

　　YOUR SKILLS

　　BS and 2+ years experience in sales operations, business strategy and execution, business analyst, or financial analyst role (CPG experience an advantage. Beauty/fashion industry is a plus).

　　Leverages data-driven results: Must be data driven and have strong analytical skills.

　　A scrappy self-starter: Anticipate and identify root causes of business performance – good or bad – while showcasing the agility to harmonize data from multiple sources and tools.

　　Systems proficiency (Power BI, SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

　　Proven experience creating compelling data reports/dashboards and working with enterprise data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).

　　Experience with SQL and other database query languages as well as familiarity with Data Warehousing and business intelligence concepts preferred.

　　Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights, communicate across different internal and external stakeholders.

　　The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
