Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Lehi, UT.Responsibilities:
Technical Program Manager will partner with business stakeholders to understand and contribute to the vision and roadmap with a constant eye on continuous delivery of value and engineering action
Own and manage partner relationships for specific engagements
Work closely with cross-functional teams of business analysts, designers, data engineers and QA to ensure delivery against product roadmap
Build and maintain relationships across organizations, with teams, and individuals
Prioritize development items to align with the roadmap
As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage releases to ensure delivery, coordinating milestones across teams
Identify risks, issues, and problems and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles
Assist in planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams
Transform requirements into feature specs/user stories
Drive relevant program management deliverables and facilitate effective user/customer conversations
Establish story acceptance criteria for the engineering team
Technical Program Manager will actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog
Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers
Manage product roadmap based on product vision
5 years of technical program management
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies
Effective communication with business partners and remote team members is mandatory
Articulate in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories
Well versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Lead by influence without direct authority
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
Effective planning and execution skills - ability to define and articulate a strong vision, create an actionable roadmap, and drive the team to execute
Effective storytelling, presentation skills; Able to define a plan and rally the team behind it
Decisive, and able to eloquently defend your decisions
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities, including multiple products
Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders on product vision, road map and work backlog priorities and trade-offs
Ability to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers
Ability to work with several internal and external technology partners and integrate input into core service technical and product strategy
Ability to manage issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap
Ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and senior management
Ability to clearly communicate across levels of the organization and departments in writing, orally and interpersonally
Desired Certifications and Skills:
CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM
Experience using Smartsheet
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
