This role will be Reporting to the EMEA Chief of Staff, supporting EMEA President’s Office (POE).
What you get to do in this role:
Business Operations:
· Implement and own the key cadences of the POE.
· Assist in organizing strategy and planning sessions and deliverables – e.g. EMEA LT QBRs.
· Engage and connect with other operations managers across the wider Sales organization.
· Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations (and communications).
Project Management:
· Provide vision, strategy and execution to how the POE team can better organize and run projects/programs/operations across all workstreams and team members.
· Assist in driving the execution of the EMEA 5 star strategy with cross-functional teams across EMEA.
· Coordinate the execution of global programs for EMEA – examples include SKO, Knowledge, Winner’s Club.
· Coordinate, scope and advise on internal & sometimes external events – Rise Together, MWC, EMEA President office visits.
Communications Management:
· Provide guidance and help establish a culture that continuously strives towards best practices and operational excellence, while having fun.
· Evolve and drive our EMEA plan for internal employee sales communications in a timely, relevant and engaging manner in alignment with global teams.
· Produce creative, relevant newsletters, documents and Sharepoint sites, rooted in our priorities; continually experiment with content to drive engagement.
· Leverage listening or evaluation tools, analyze insights, and iterate plans and leadership messaging accordingly
To be successful in this role you need:
· Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills.
· Excellent understanding of functional operational processes and ability to build such.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork skills, and an engaging personality.
· Highly analytical, fact driven, and process orientated mindset
· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and to plan.
· Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment.
· Ability to work in a matrix organization structure.
· Proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels.
