  What you’ll be involved in:

  Working with a team of technicians to reduced lift downtime, providing a swift delivery of service across the London and South East of England.

  Supporting with niche technical issues, acting as an SME on lift breakdown issues.

  Working with and engaging with your team to provide best practice in a customer focused position.

  Providing sound technical knowledge to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a subject mater expert for customers to drive a customer satisfied environment.

  What you’ll need:

  Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

  Ideally NVQ 4 qualified, within lift service and maintenance.

  Solid lift experience both theoretical and practical, with good coaching experience to get your team to come to a solution promptly and effectively.

  Have a “right first time” mentality, looking to go above a beyond to rectify technical issues, which may include serious breakdowns.
