　　1. Expert in Oracle functional modules in O2C, Receivables, Tax, and GL modules

　　2. Good understanding of setups in O2C, Receivables, Tax, and GL modules

　　3. Good knowledge of Sub ledger accounting

　　4. Good accounting and multi-country taxation knowledge

　　\n

　　5. Expert understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema

　　\n

　　6. Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical business user constituencies

　　\n

　　7. The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation

　　8. Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions

　　\n

　　9. Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution

　　10. Manage components of a project plan or entire projects

　　\n

　　11. Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations

　　12. Verification of feasibility of Business User?s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
