　　Non-Voice Process

　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　Analyzing Data, verifying utility bills

　　Processing Invoice (Water, Electricity & Gas)

　　Ready to take responsibilities and adhere to the targets assigned

　　Adhering to the knowledge base instruction when processing invoices with utmost quality

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum Qualification - Graduate

　　Should not be a full time/regular College student

　　Flexible to work on 247 environment

　　Should be comfortable with 24 5 shift. Weekends off fixed & 100% WFO

　　Written & Verbal proficiency in English

　　Attention in detail and nuance

　　Strong critical thinking and problem solving

　　Good mathematical skills

　　Commerce Background

　　Billing, Metering etc
