　　Job responsibilities;

　　The candidate will be responsible to drive the development of Randstad RiseSmart's innovative Outplacement solution. She/he would be responsible:

　　For performing on time and high-quality product deliveries.

　　To steer the development through various inter-dependencies, risks by working with various stakeholders by always keeping the big picture in mind.

　　To execute continuous improvement in product quality and processes.

　　To build and maintain high team morale and mentor team members to take them to the next level.

　　What You Will Do

　　You will be the primary point of contact for product deliverables and expected to successfully develop and execute work plans by managing scope, schedule, deliverables and resource allocation.

　　You will ensure efficient and scalable design with the help of team members

　　You will enforce that the code follows security, performance and reliability best practices

　　You should be willing to immerse in hands on development for Core/important features when needed

　　You will drive work breakdown and estimations with the team and define sprint plan

　　You will be responsible for identifying the risks and issues proactively at release and sprint level

　　You will coordinate with all required stakeholders for build, release and deployment activities

　　You will be involved in team management, team development and performance management

　　Skills You Will Need

　　7+ years of experience with 2 years of experience in leading a development team

　　Demonstrated experience delivering useful software and respond to feedback from the people who use it

　　Demonstrated experience in shipping code that is scalable, maintainable, and well-tested

　　Demonstrated experience in end to end ownership of software/product releases

　　Demonstrated experience in Agile scrum development methodology and associated tools

　　Demonstrated experience in driving improvement initiatives

　　Experience in building a reliable, fault-tolerant, multi-tenant platform and delivering it to a global user base

　　Experience in deploying and operating services-oriented platforms on AWS infrastructure

　　Excellent verbal and written communication

　　Prior development experience on

　　Good Core Java skills with working knowledge of Design Patterns

　　Web development experience in Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST API

　　Experience in database design and SQL skills

　　Experience in UI technologies such JSP, JSTL, AJAX, JQuery, Java Script

　　Familiar with Git, Eclipse or STS, REST Clients

　　Exposure to build using Maven, Jenkins, Ansible

　　Knowledge about micro services, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular will be an extra advantage.
