　　Identifying claims that need to be adjusted and facilitating refunds from providers to Accountable Care to payers

　　responsibilities:

　　Design and implement the end-to-end processes necessary to support the 7/1 business launch

　　Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan that ensures successful completion of readiness activities in preparation for the 7/1 business launch

　　Develop a working knowledge of the technology capabilities that will be leveraged as part of the business processes that are designed

　　Facilitate connecting of dots across teams, managing dependencies and escalating risks/issues as necessary

　　Develop a working knowledge of the technology capabilities that will be leveraged as part of the business processes that are designed

　　Lead the compilation of status reporting for the 7/1 launch and provide readouts to Accountable Care leadership and impacted stakeholder groups.

　　Lead and support training of Operations personnel on designed processes.
