This vacancy is being announced as a Part-time (Job Appointment) position, working 30 hours a week at $20.00 an hour with no benefits offered.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A baccalaureate degree.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Six years of full-time work experience in any field may be substituted for the required baccalaureate degree.
Candidates without a baccalaureate degree may combine work experience and college credit to substitute for the baccalaureate degree as follows:
A maximum of 120 semester hours may be combined with experience to substitute for the baccalaureate degree.
30 to 59 semester hours credit will substitute for one year of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
60 to 89 semester hours credit will substitute for two years of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
90 to 119 semester hours credit will substitute for three years of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
120 or more semester hours credit will substitute for four years of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
College credit earned without obtaining a baccalaureate degree may be substituted for a maximum of four years full-time work experience towards the baccalaureate degree. Candidates with 120 or more semester hours of credit, but without a degree, must also have at least two years of full-time work experience to substitute for the baccalaureate degree.
NOTE:
Any college hours or degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Assists in the evaluation of market conditions and other factors affecting the loan programs.
Assists in reviewing and verifying material accuracy and completeness of documents and forms to be submitted to lenders, trustees, and other parties for approval.
Assists in monitoring delinquencies and/or program compliance in existing programs.
Assists in checking loan application packages for inclusion of all required forms or documents, completeness and accuracy of materials and adequacy of supporting information regarding the borrower and the property to be financed.
Conducts on-site inspections of a project's physical condition, management practices and operating procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate policies and regulations.
Assists in implementing monitoring systems for compliance review in accordance with specified program requirements.
Perform data gathering, statistical analysis, and report generation as required.
Analyzes management operation, internal controls and records of participants being audited for adequacy, accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Researches legal, technical or policy issues as needed. Provides assistance to other monitors as assigned or needed.
