　　Duties:

　　Develops and delivers complex technical training and educational programs such as multi-discipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum. Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions. Domestic and international travel required 20% of the time.

　　Requirements:

　　Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of related experience in Human Resource Development or Product Service Line operations related occupation.

　　Position also requires experience in:

　　Experience with delivering instructor lead trainings, and technical job trainings for internal customers;

　　Experience with supporting course design and developing updates of training content or curriculum based on individual business needs;

　　Experience with downhole Well Testing Data Acquisition planning and execution including expertise with telemetry operated tools and reservoir data handling;

　　Experience with surface Well Testing Data Acquisition planning, execution, and data interpretation including software applications to manage, storing, and handling data;

　　Experience with surface well testing international industry safety requirements;

　　Experience working with PLCs, communication protocols, data acquisition, Modbus, and WITS.
