Description Robert Half is looking for a senior pricing analyst for a growing Cincinnati based company. The senior pricing analyst is responsible for conducting thorough market analysis, assessing cost structures, and developing pricing strategies to ensure optimal profitability and market competitiveness. • Pricing Strategy:
o Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company objectives, market conditions, and customer value perceptions.
o Regularly review and adjust pricing models to respond to changes in the market and competitive landscape.
o Maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions.
o Coordinates and executes tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes.
• Market Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and pricing benchmarks within the renewable energy sector.
o Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
• Cost Evaluation:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the cost components associated with our products and services.
o Evaluate cost structures, considering factors such as production, distribution, and operational expenses.
• Financial Modeling:
o Create and maintain financial models to simulate various pricing scenarios and their impact on revenue, profit margins, and market share.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analyses.
o Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals and revenue targets.
