This exciting new luxury hotel will soon be home to a new destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, this 976-room property will showcase soul of Atlanta in a whole new way!

　　As an Overnight Property Operations Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and performing the duties of the maintenance/engineering team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel property operations/engineering leadership experience, ideally at a property of comparable size and of Hilton Brand.

　　Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work the overnight shift (11 pm to 7 am) any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

　　What will I be doing?

　　As an Engineer Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and performing the duties of the property operations/engineering team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

　　Supervises and performs the duties of the property operations/engineering team to maintain the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff.Ensures staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations.Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipmentPerform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attentionConduct inspections for preventive maintenance needsPerform special duties/complete special projects as assignedWhat are we looking for?
