Minimum Requirements:High School diploma and three years of experience. Valid driver's license required. Must pass pre-employment physical. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted. Grade 4 (Hourly).Position Description:Perform all levels of carpentry and masonary work in alterations, repairs, maintenance and renovations of buildings and grounds. This includes ceilings, floors, cornices, stairways, doors, windows, frame walls, hand and finish drywall and plaster. Install/repair vinyl and ceramic tile and base. Set scaffolding, build concrete forms and finish concrete. Maintain wood fixtures, repair windows and assemble furniture. Install suspended, glued, splined ceilings,or repair as needed. Lay brick, block or structural or ceramic tile.
